Scheduled - NCR Voyix will begin migrating NCR Voyix BackOffice (NBO) databases to new servers during scheduled maintenance windows over the coming weeks, beginning 2/3/2025 at 6 AM UTC.

Microsoft will end support for SQL Server 2016 on July 14, 2026, after which no additional security updates or patches will be available. To mitigate security and compliance risks, NCR Voyix will be upgrading all NCR hosted NBO databases to a supported SQL Server version as part of this migration effort.

What to Expect
• During each migration event, access to NBO will be unavailable for approximately 15 Minutes to 2 hours depending on the size of the database.
• Migrations will take place during established maintenance windows, Tuesday through Thursday between 6 AM and 12 PM UTC, to minimize business interruptions.

Migration Schedule

Non replicated customers
• Migrations will begin on 2/3/2025 and will continue Tuesday through Thursday mornings until all applicable databases have been successfully migrated.

Replicated customers
• Migrations are scheduled to begin on or about 2/23/2025.
• To prevent replication delays, please ensure your environment is running SQL Server 2016 or later prior to your scheduled migration.

• For clients with replication databases that could require special handling or may run beyond the maintenance window, we will schedule directly with the client.
