Ensuring High Availability for Operations: ALL CLIENTS in North America
To ensure High Availability of your systems, NCR Voyix is adding an additional data center location for High Availability (HA). Please add the new IP address to ensure continued operation should a disaster occur.
What happens if you do not complete this: Should NCR Voyix need to perform a datacenter failover due to a disaster or scheduled disaster recovery test, your site will lose communication with NCR Voyix until the IP address is whitelisted.
ACTION REQUIRED: Please ensure your IT Department whitelists the following IP Address, if your firewalls do not support name resolution or NSS, to ensure continued operation in the event of a major disaster
