NCR Voyix is planning infrastructure enhancements within the NAMER production SQL Server environment.

During this maintenance, NCR Voyix will be migrating a subset of customers to new servers from the maintenance Phase 1. These activities are currently scheduled to begin at the NAMER region on October 22, 2026, at 06:00 UTC time for 5 hours.

Customers utilizing the NAMER SQL production environment will experience unavailability of the services during the scheduled maintenance window.
