The service will undergo scheduled software maintenance to implement multiple enhancements supporting the ServerEPS Phase 1 deployment. While no service interruption is expected, brief and intermittent interruptions may occur as updates are applied and validated.

What’s Changing:
The NCR Voyix Team will deploy the latest enhancements and bug fixes.

Maintenance Window:
The planned maintenance window is 09:30 AM–03:30 PM UTC (05:30 AM–11:30 AM Eastern).

Customer / Service Impact:
Customers may experience intermittent service interruptions or brief connectivity issues during patching activities. If interruptions occur, they are expected to be temporary and limited to the maintenance window.
