The service will undergo scheduled software and database maintenance to deploy enhancements supporting the ServerEPS Phase 2 deployment. During the maintenance window, interruptions are expected for non-transactional features only while updates are applied and validated. Transaction processing is not expected to be impacted.
What’s Changing: The NCR Voyix Team will deploy the latest enhancements and bug fixes.
Maintenance Window: 09:00 AM–04:00 PM UTC (05:30 AM–11:30 AM Eastern).
Customer / Service Impact: Customers may experience intermittent interruptions or brief connectivity issues when accessing reporting and configuration change functionality during the maintenance activities. Any such interruptions are expected to be temporary and limited to the maintenance window. Transaction processing is not expected to be impacted.
