As part of our ongoing infrastructure modernization efforts, we will be migrating all CFC databases to our new Server farm beginning July 21st through August 15th. During this migration, we will also upgrade our SQL Server environment to SQL Server 2019, helping to improve security, compliance, and overall platform reliability.
Migration Overview
We anticipate only a brief period of service interruption for CFC during the migration process. The planned approach is as follows:
• A copy of the CFC database will be migrated to the new server prior to the scheduled cutover date. • On the migration date, the current server will be taken offline, and any remaining data changes will be synchronized to the new environment. • Once synchronization is complete and validation checks have passed, the new CFC database instance will be brought online. ________________________________________ Frequently Asked Questions
What should I do if I need to make a change while CFC is unavailable?
• Use Offline Mode within CFC to make the required changes. • Once CFC is back online, your changes will automatically synchronize with the new database environment.
